So many of you ask for cupcakes that I knew I needed to make this happen. I've been working hard to adapt the recipes to cupcake form so they retain more moisture and are just as tender as my full-sized cakes.
I'm offering them in chocolate and vanilla for now, with chocolate or vanilla icing. They're also available in a gluten free option for those who want a GREAT tasting option without gluten issues. Seriously, they're just as good as my normal sponge! I'm offering them in half dozen and dozen batches.
